The Influence of Reliability, Security, and Site Design on Repurchase Intention Mediated by Customer Satisfaction among Malaysian Online Shoppers

Using online website is a rapidly growing phenomenon among individuals as an alternative to those who intend shop. However, trust deficit in the shopping environment has always been critical issue minds of consumer. The purpose this study explain how reliability, security, and site design, influence repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction Malaysian shoppers. researcher collected data using questionnaire from 290 shoppers Petaling Jaya, Selangor state Malaysia. A quantitative research approach was adopted. sampling technique used purposive sampling. analysis includes descriptive analysis, regression hypothesis testing. This study's result shows significant between reliability intention; security design mediates relationship intention. findings are line with previous conducted on shoppers’
